Job Description
The workflow specialist will be responsible to ensure that service requests shall be implemented in a custom specific environment which consists of ServiceNow, Service Planet/SMDB and Workflow Xpert (focus of this role is on SMDB and esp. Workflow Xpert). Knowledge and experience on workflow tools is crucial for this role.
Thus, the following tasks need to be covered:

Full lifecycle software development using C# and WF development

Program well-designed, testable, efficient code

Integrate software components into integrated system ServiceNow/ SMDB/Workflow Xpert

proven skills in API development, REST, SOAP, WSDL, XML

document and maintain software functionality

troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

participate in UATs
-
knowledge of agile concepts/ Scrum
-
Participate as a team member in Scrum meetings (such as Daily Scrums, sprint planning and - review)
-
German Language Fluency required – C1 – C2 level.
